My name is Luke Feldmeier.  I’ve spent my career developing myself as a leader, developing leaders in my workplace, and progressing careers of employees.  I’ve managed hundreds of people in one of the world’s largest industrial companies and in 2019 am now poised to move into an executive role in my early 30’s.  I decided to create this website and training material on the key components of leadership so that Indian people can, in a focused and user-friendly manner, learn the critical components of being a good leader and advance their careers in America.  Let me share my experience with you on leadership and quick career progression, to help you advance your career!
